Scriptony Foundation Ltd may accept donations or voluntary contributions.

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable

• Donations do not grant ownership, control, or special rights

• Funds are used exclusively to support our non-profit objectives

Where third-party payment providers are used, their terms also apply.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise:

• Website content, branding, and original materials belong to Scriptony Foundation Ltd

• You may not use our trademarks or branding without permission

Open-source code and documentation are governed by their respective licenses.
